Measure your companion’s neck, chest and back, then compare with the chart for your chosen product. Measurements matter more than breed or weight.
Find Your Rover’s FitWhat if my dog is between sizes?
Avoid choosing on breed alone. If measurements span sizes or fall outside the chart, ask the Concierge for guidance before ordering.
Ask for fit assistanceHow do I care for my Regent & Rover garment?
Follow the garment’s care label. Care depends on the piece; check Materials & Care on its product page and ask us if you are unsure.

Once purchasing opens, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Review the full policy before ordering.
Returns & ExchangesHow will shipping work?
Once purchasing opens, tracked US shipping will be $10, complimentary on merchandise totals of $150 or more. Delivery estimates will be confirmed before launch.
