This notice describes the functions currently offered on the Regent & Rover website.

Your browsing and bag

The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember items in your shopping bag on that device. You can remove items from the bag or clear your browser’s site data. Fit-assistant measurements are processed in your browser and are not submitted by the assistant to Regent & Rover.

Launch notifications

If you join the launch list, Regent & Rover stores your email address, the signup source and the date you subscribed. We use this information to send collection news and notify you when purchasing opens. You may ask to unsubscribe or have your address removed at any time by contacting the Rover Concierge. We do not sell launch-list email addresses.

Correspondence

If you contact us through Instagram, the information you share is handled through that service and used to respond to your enquiry. Do not send payment-card information or sensitive personal information in social messages. Instagram’s own privacy terms apply to your use of its service.

Website operation

The website hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver pages and maintain service security. When checkout is available, payment information is entered on Stripe’s hosted page. Stripe processes payment and checkout details under its own privacy terms; Regent & Rover does not store full payment-card numbers.

Orders

When you begin checkout, we store an order reference, the selected products, sizes, quantities, prices and payment status to reserve stock and fulfill the order. Stripe collects payment, contact and delivery details; we access the order information needed for fulfillment, customer service and required records. The bag uses local storage and checkout uses session storage to remember a retry safely.

Customer reviews

If you submit a review through a purchase invitation, we store your rating, written review, dog breed, purchased size and optional photo. Reviews are moderated before publication. Your invitation is linked to a purchase reference used to verify eligibility. Contact us if you want to request removal of a submitted review or photograph.
