Delivery within the United States

Standard tracked shipping is $10 per order, with complimentary standard shipping on merchandise totals of $150 or more after discounts and before tax. We currently deliver to the 50 United States. International destinations and US territories are not available at checkout.

Processing & delivery estimates

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, allow an estimated 3–7 business days for delivery in the contiguous United States and 7–14 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We use FedEx where available and may use another tracked carrier when a destination requires it. Tracking details will be provided when your order ships. If a delay changes the expected dispatch timing, we will contact you with the revised estimate and cancellation options.

Availability & order changes

Sold-out sizes cannot be ordered, and we do not accept preorders. Contact the Rover Concierge promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We can help before dispatch; once an order has shipped, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies.

A delivery that needs attention

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order reference. Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so we can help resolve the issue.
